What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name and phone number, plus an email address if you choose to provide one. We also collect the service, timing and project details you enter. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share through that channel. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate, secure and protect the website.

How we use it

Ridge Solutions uses your information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess the requested ceiling service, coordinate an appropriate next step, communicate with you, prevent misuse and keep reasonable business records. Submitting an enquiry does not book a visit or confirm pricing or scheduling.

Project enquiries and service partners

Website enquiries are transmitted to our enquiry-management system and can trigger a notification to our owner mailbox. Our website host, communications providers, security provider and enquiry-management provider process information for us. When a project requires assessment or service, we may share the relevant contact details and project information with the independent professional reviewing the request. That professional may use the information only to assess or provide the requested service. We do not sell enquiry information or authorize its use for unrelated marketing.

Security and analytics

We use layered form security and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile receives technical signals needed to perform that security check, not the message or project details you enter in the form. We also use optional Google Analytics to understand website visits. Analytics runs only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the site's analytics prompt. Essential site functions and enquiry delivery do not depend on analytics.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the request, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information; some records may need to be kept where required by law. Email hello@saintjohnceilings.ca with your request. Please do not send sensitive documents or photos unless they are needed to explain the ceiling project.
